About us

We, Klaartje de Boer and Aad Groen, form the team of Groen Van Solinge & Partners, founded in 2008. With a down to earth approach without trappings. That’s it. What you see is what you get. We do what we promise, we honour existing commitments and are discretely in our contact with principals and candidates. We have fun in what we do and have an extensive network. It is the basis of our success.

Our fee for assignments is 20% of the agreed fixed annual salary (excluding VAT). We will charge this fee after having successfully completed the process. This means that we only work on an exclusive basis. We agree this exclusivity for a certain period of time, usually two months. If the employment contract ends within six months, we start the procedure again, free of charge. This does not apply if there is a reorganisation at the client’s organisation.

Regarding pension funds or PPIs, for the search and selection of a chairman or board member, a chairman or member of the Supervisory Board or a chairman or member of an Advisory Commission, we apply a fixed fee of € 12,500.- (excluding VAT). For the search and selection of a pension fund board member with a Vte score of 0.4 or higher, we charge a fixed fee of €17,500.- (excluding VAT).

For interim positions we use a mediation fee of 10% of the agreed hourly rate with a maximum of € 10, - per hour (excluding VAT).

We use an hourly rate of € 200 (excluding VAT) for consultancy assignments (e.g. reward research or supervision during selection).
